Shaiyan is a senior, and this is her second year in the Trumpet. She enjoys writing news, opinion, and health articles. She’s in Girl Scouts and various other school clubs such as Red Cross Club, Science Fair, Elementary World Language Experience, and NHS. In her free time, she enjoys working at the local movie theater, volunteering, listening to music, and hanging out with friends. Her favorite part about being on the Trumpet staff is being able to collaborate with her fellow peers and showcase the unique activities people in the student body are part of.
