As someone who has been to many concerts, I can officially say that Conan Gray’s Wishbone World Tour has been one of the best tours I have ever attended. Out of all seven times I have seen Conan Gray, these two shows have been the best I have ever been to. Conan Gray released his fourth studio album Wishbone on August 15, 2026, including lead singles This Song, and Vodka Cranberry. Gray ,shortly after releasing the album, went on a mini tour named The Wishbone Pajama Shows in smaller venues in states he did not get to go to for his previous tour, Found Heaven on Tour.
The Wishbone World Tour features all arenas with capacities over 10,000 that span across the whole world. The largest venue on this tour is The O2, located in London which can hold up to 20,000 people. This tour also spans across countries his last tour didn’t travel to such as England, Ireland, and the Czech Republic. Conan Gray has never been on a tour this large before, so this is a landmark moment in his music career.
The show begins with the opener Esha Tewari, whose music is described as indie pop. Fans also say that her music style compliments Conan Gray’s style well. She is extremely underrated and should get more attention for her singing and songwriting skills. Tewari has a 30 minute set that features her most popular songs You Were Mine and Bad Decision! Conan’s show starts with act one, A Wishbone Never Breaks Even, and begins with the most upbeat song off of Wishbone, My World. Right after he plays the only song on the setlist from his third album, Never Ending Song. He then continues the show with a small chat to the audience and the songs Care and Wish You Were Sober.
Act two ,I got the short end of the stick, features slower, emotional songs with performances of Class Clown, People Watching, The Cut That Always Bleeds, Eleven Eleven, and Nauseous. People Watching includes a barricade walk where he steps off his wishbone shaped stage to walk along the barricade to touch and hold fans’ hands. After this portion of the show, Conan Gray performs a small segment he calls “Conan’s Campfire” where he plays acoustic versions of songs he usually never gets to play. Songs chosen for this are usually deep cuts or less popular songs from his discography. In Newark ,on February 27,2016, Gray played the song Footnote from his second album, Superache. This song is one of the least streamed on the album, but it is loved by many fans and Conan himself. In Philadelphia, March 2,2025, he played the song Crush Culture from his first ever ep that he wrote in high school, Sunset Season.
Act three, I took the long way to realization, features the songs Romeo, The Best, Heather, Family Line, and Connell. The Best replaced This Song on the setlist because it is a new, unreleased song that fans speculate is from a deluxe version of Wishbone. During this act, Gray chooses a fan out of the crowd to break a wishbone with him to pick the next song. The person who gets the long end of the stick picks the song, but Conan always gives the fan the long end, even if they pulled the short one. In Newark, the two song options were Lookalike or Astronomy, and Lookalike was chosen by the fan. Lookalike is another deep cut from his first ep, Sunset Season. In Philadelphia, the song options were Sunset Tower and This Song, and Sunset Tower was chosen.
The last act, I wished for love and I found it, features Actor, Maniac, Vodka Cranberry, Memories, and Caramel. Memories and Caramel conclude the show in an encore portion of the act. Caramel also ends with a confetti drop that has blue and white confetti with wishbones on them. This tour is not over yet and it continues to run until October, so the setlist might change with the possible release of a deluxe album!
